Returns & Replacements

At PearlMD Rejuvenation your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to help.

To be considered for a product return or exchange/replacement, please review the information below:

Your products must be purchased online at https://pearlrejuvenation.com/products/ or from our Instagram shop.

Products must be returned to PearlMDRejuvenation within 30 days of the initial order date.

After 30 days of the initial order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept product returns.

Product specified as non-returnable, customized to your needs, marked as not for resale, or given complimentary cannot be returned.

Prior to initiating a return, please contact us by email info@pearlrejuvenation.com so that we can authorize the return.

Once your request is approved, we will either exchange your product for you for a product of lesser or equal value, or provide you with a store-credit to be used at any time towards a subsequent product purchase. No refunds are provided for online or in-store purchases.

The store credit is a monetary credit note for the value of the returned products minus original shipping charges (if applicable) and a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the order. The credit can be used for future online purchases of PearlMDSkin.

Online Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your PearlMD skin care purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase and receive an online store credit valid online only at www.pearlrejuvenation.com. We regret that we are unable to provide a store credit for your original shipping charges (if applicable).

If you decided to ship the products back to us, please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return: email us at shop@pearlrejuvenation.com or call 416-644-1112 with your order number and reason for return. Once we have confirmed your return request, please ship them back to us and include a copy of your original order confirmation email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as any product used on the body). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
