Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: You can pay using Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Apply Pay, PayPal, Google Play.

Q: There is a charge on my Credit Card however I did not place an order, why is this?
A: Your credit card sometimes puts a temporary hold on funds. This automatically is removed if the order does not go through. This is a policy of your credit card and we do not place this hold. You will notice that the charge is removed after 24-48 hours.

Q: When can I expect to receive my products?
A: We ship within 2-5 days upon order confirmation. When you are checking out you have a variety of options to choose from in terms of shipping priority. Within Canada you should receive your order in 7-10 days, USA in 14 days and worldwide roughly 20-30 days. 

Q: Can I cancel an order or make changes to it, after I’ve placed it?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. However, please note that we have a 60 day money-back guarantee. This gives you the opportunity to return any parcel or product that you do not wish to keep.
